The studio and working with us
Before the project starts.
Who does Delsity work with?
Photographers, wedding videographers, production companies and creative studios. We design websites, edit wedding films, animate logos and create motion graphics.
Can I order several services together?
Yes. For example, a website and a logo animation, or a wedding documentary, highlight film and teaser. We first agree the overall scope, the price and the result of each part.
How do I get an exact price and timeline?
Send us the brief, your source material, references and the deadline you have in mind. After we talk, we fix the scope and the price. Published prices apply to the formats listed; extra features are quoted separately.
What do you need to get started?
For a website: your existing portfolio, your copy and a list of pages. For editing: your source footage and an example of your style. For animation: your logo, brand colors and examples of movement you like.
Can I see examples before ordering?
Yes. The site shows three websites for photo and film studios — LUMEN, STILL and OUTLOUD — that you can open and browse, plus four logo animations.
Do you show work in progress and agree changes with me?
Yes. We discuss the brief, show a first version and agree revisions before delivery. The number of rounds and the terms for changes are fixed for each project.
Websites
About the website and dashboard.
How much does a photographer or videographer website cost?
A landing page is from $500, a portfolio website is from $800, and a turnkey website with an owner dashboard and a CRM form is $1,500. All prices are in USD. For the landing page and the portfolio website, the dashboard and the CRM form are quoted separately.
Will I be able to change photos and write journal posts myself?
Yes, if the project includes the owner dashboard. In the LUMEN example you can change the home-page photos, galleries, copy, articles, prices and reviews. We agree the sections of your dashboard before the build.
Can you connect HoneyBook, Dubsado, 17hats or Studio Ninja?
We can connect the published form from your CRM: embedded on the page if the provider allows it, or opened from a button. The same approach is planned for Sprout Studio. This connects the form; two-way API synchronization is quoted as a separate task.
Where do inquiries from the website go?
Inquiries from the site’s built-in form appear in the dashboard. If a visitor fills in the form of an external CRM, the inquiry goes to that CRM. Before launch we test the route you chose.
How do you hand over the finished website?
After the result is approved and payment is complete, we hand over the project files and the access you need. If there is a dashboard, we show you how to update content. We agree on the domain, hosting and who handles ongoing maintenance in the first conversation.
Do you build a mobile version and basic SEO?
Responsive layout and basic SEO are part of the website formats: titles, descriptions, a clear structure and pages search engines can reach. Keyword research, articles and promotion are discussed separately. We do not guarantee Google rankings.
How does payment work?
50% before work starts and 50% after you approve the result, before launch and handover. We fix the pages, features and rounds of revisions in advance.
Wedding editing
About wedding video editing.
Do you work specifically with wedding videos?
Yes. We edit highlight films, documentaries and teasers for wedding videographers and studios, based on your footage and your shooting style.
How much does wedding video editing cost?
5 minutes of finished video is $270. Each extra minute up to 10 minutes is +$30: 6 minutes — $300, 7 — $330, 8 — $360, 9 — $390, 10 — $420. Anything longer than 10 minutes is quoted separately.
Does the price depend on the length of the footage or the finished film?
The published rate applies to the length of the finished video. We discuss the amount and condition of the footage, sound and version requirements when we prepare the project.
Is a package of documentary film, highlight film and teaser cheaper?
Yes. The package costs less than three separate orders. We calculate the exact amount for the length and scope; there is no fixed discount for every project.
How do I hand over footage to the editor?
Send the original video, separate audio, a reference for your style and a short brief using a file-sharing method we agree on. Keep file names and the camera structure, and note the important moments of the day.
Can I order a film longer than 10 minutes or a short teaser?
Yes. A film longer than 10 minutes is quoted separately. The price of a teaser or another version shorter than 5 minutes is also agreed for the task, rather than derived automatically from the 5-minute rate.
What should an editing brief include?
The formats and lengths you need, a reference, the key moments, wishes for music and sound, the list of versions and the deadline. We agree on the music and its usage terms before the final export.
Logo animation
About your logo in motion.
How much does a logo animation cost?
From $150 to $250 depending on complexity. After we see your logo and reference, we agree the price before work starts.
Do you animate an existing logo?
Yes. This service is about animating your mark: how it appears, how its elements move and how it ends. If you need the logo itself designed, we discuss that separately.
Which source files should I send?
A vector file of the logo is best — SVG, AI, EPS or a PDF with vector elements — together with your brand colors. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we first check whether its quality is enough and whether elements need to be rebuilt.
Can you make a version with a transparent background?
If you need one, we include it in the agreed export versions. A regular MP4 is usually used with its own background; a transparent master needs a format and codec with an alpha channel. We first ask where you will use the animation.
Will the animation work for both a website and video?
The movement can be used in several places, but the export has to match the platform. A video for your editing timeline and a file for the browser can differ. We agree the versions you need before the work starts.
Can I pick a style from the examples on the site?
Yes. The page has four real animations: Wolf’s Video, 314 Collective, Enchanted Illusions and Courtney Stueve. Point to the one that is closest and tell us what you like in it — the pace, the way it appears or how it handles shape.
Motion graphics
About motion graphics.
How are motion graphics different from logo animation?
Logo animation works with a single brand mark. Motion graphics can include titles, typography, shapes, transitions and graphic elements for an entire film or a series of materials.
What does the price of motion graphics depend on?
The number of scenes, the complexity of the movement, whether the design already exists, the length and the number of export versions. We first agree the script and the list of elements, then the quote.
Can you prepare versions for different screens?
Yes, if they are part of the brief — for example, horizontal and vertical compositions. It is not always a simple crop: text and graphics sometimes need to be rearranged for each aspect ratio.
What should I send for a project estimate?
The script or content, a reference for the movement, brand materials, the sizes and length you need, examples of where it will be used and your deadline.
Do you hand over the source project?
What is handed over, editable source files, fonts and limits on third-party material are agreed before work starts. Not every source file is automatically part of every service.
CRM and apps
About a system for your studio.
What does the FlowShot case study show?
Our own product for photographers, videographers and studios: projects, tasks, team, review and approval, and delivery of finished work. The case study shows the interfaces and our approach to development; FlowShot itself is available through the link to its landing page.
Do I have to build my own CRM?
No. For receiving inquiries, the form of an existing CRM is often enough. A custom system is worth discussing if you need special roles, stages of work, access rules or connections to other tools.
Is the website dashboard the same as a CRM?
The website dashboard helps you update content and see inquiries from the built-in form. A CRM manages the ongoing work with clients. Sometimes they work separately; we decide how deeply to connect them around your process.
Where does developing a system begin?
With a map of the real work: who receives an inquiry, what happens next, who sees the files and how the result is delivered. Then we define the minimum version, access rights and integrations.
How much does a custom CRM or client portal cost?
We quote it after defining the features, roles, integrations and data requirements. The price of a portfolio website is not the price of building a separate application.
